Nearby parks and walking areas provide additional options for pet recreation. 

There is a one-time pet fee of $300 per pet, along with monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. Breed restrictions apply; please review our pet policy or contact our team for details. 

Yes. Up to two pets are allowed with a combined weight limit of 100 lbs. Restricted breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Belgian Shepherd, Bull Mastiff (Presa Canario), Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Husky, Mastiff breeds, Pit Bull Terrier (including Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, and mixes of these breeds. Exotic animals, reptiles, and barnyard animals are not permitted. Aquariums up to 20 gallons are allowed without a deposit; larger tanks require a deposit and proof of renters insurance.
